Your New Orleans Mind Morning Ritual for Success and Goals, The Key to getting your body in shape!


What is the Key to getting your body into shape?
Simple, starting your day off with your mind morning ritual to increase productivity


The First thing you do will set the pace for the rest of the day.

1. Start the day by making yourself happy.

This is very important…When you first wake up, think immediately about what gives me Instant happiness and Unconditional Love and Joy.
For me, it’s my Daughter.. thinking of her instantly puts me in a great mood. I suggest you find your unconditional happy thoughts!

2.The first meal of the day sets the content and pace for the rest of the day.

This is something that everyone should be doing. It’s so simple and makes complete sense when you think about it… just give your body correct and healthy nourishment and it will thank you the rest of the day. When you start off doing things correctly your mind will want to continue the process.

3. Make yourself strong and healthy.

Exercise can do both of these.
Naturally, when we put energy and effort into doing something regardless of what it is.. we don’t want it to go to waste.

Getting up first thing in the and exercising does the same thing. I know, it’s not easy to do all the time but when you do, the environment and mindset you are creating in your body will  reward you with the focus that you need to make it through the rest of the day to increase productivity.

4. Make it Automatic!

The less you have to struggle to make something happen, the easier it becomes to do and the most likely YOU will DO IT! I have found that people that commit themselves to a consistent exercise program in New Orleans have made a point to make this process automatic.
Thinking of what exercises you have to do or what routines is best can be very demanding on your mind and can leave open a huge window for

Distractions, ultimately will be the cause of not doing something for most cases. Find a exercise program  that is “Automatic” all you have to do is SHOW UP!

Remember, If you start taking good care of yourself will also transfer over to every other aspect of your life!…. Awesome right???

Your message today really struck a chord. I believe if you really want to do any task on a consistent basis you need to develop the habit of doing it first thing in the morning. Telling yourself you will do it later is loaded with land mines that will explode – preventing you from doing the task.

I use an early morning ritual to read. Thirty minutes per day. It has proven to be a great habit. You always have time early in the morning. So your message was really on target.

I really like the part about making it automatic! I remember when I was in the best shape of my life I would go workout before I even had time to think of what the rest of the day had in store for me. It really did make a big difference in my life!
