I have severe degenerative arthritis and was told years ago, by my Dr., never run do to the condition of my knees. Is your boot camp something I could do without hurting my joints.

Chery it’s hard to tell from just the little bit of information you have given me, Give me a call so I can have a better idea of what you restrictions are..and I’ll let you know if boot camp is something for you or not
