Sneakers, The Secret to a Flat Stomach in New Orleans!


Sneakers really won’t give you a flat stomach in New Orleans, but it will change your mindset a bit.

When you think of playing tennis, going for a brisk walk, or playing catch with the kids, what pair of shoes would you wear?

Probably not those high heels or fancy shoes you wear to the office.

What shoes are more comfortable, the 6 inch stilettos, or the old Reebok’s?

I certainly hope you said the sneakers.

When you get home from work the first thing you should do is change your shoes.

Part of the reason to change your shoes is it gives you a chance to change your mindset.

Change from that busy work person at the office to that relaxed at home person.

Get moving a little bit, don’t glue yourself to the couch all night.

Go throw the toy for the dog between commercials, help your partner in the kitchen, go water the back yard.

I don’t think you would do any of those things in your work shoes!

  • So change your shoes when you get home!
  • Change your mindset when you get home!


And you will enjoy your time at home a lot more and burn the extra calories
you need to see some really nice results to get  a Flat Stomach in New Orleans.
