I fold all my clothes on the weekend so I line my baskets up by the bed and do a full squat to pick up each article of clothing, fold it, place on bed, repeat. Last Saturday I folded 4 baskets of laundry which made for a sore butt on Sunday. Also, I sometimes do lunges while vacuuming.
