All of the sudden your skinny jeans begin to feel a little tighter than before.
You can’t figure out why, after all you’re eating “low fat,” right?

Now you’re frustrated, and the yo-yo dieting begins.
But they continue to lie…

Now they tell you that carbs and sugars are bad for you. That they make you
fat. Then all of a sudden the low and no carb craze sweeps the nation.
