New Orleans Fitness Boot Camp Workout

Here is a Quick Shoulder, Core  and Leg workout that you can do practically anywhere in New Orleans.
All you have to do is do 20 reps each of the New Orleans Boot Camp exercises #1-8 and repeat the Circuit a total of 3 times.


1. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise
: 20 Jumping Jacks


2. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise : 20 reps Bodyweight Squat


3. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise: 20 reps Dumbbell Lateral Raises


4. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise : 20 Mountain Climbers


5. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise: 20 Toe touch Crunches


6. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise: 20 Lateral Raise Lunges


7. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise: 20 Iron Cross Squats


8. New Orleans Boot Camp Exercise: 20 Jump Squats

There you have it, a simple yet effective New Orleans boot camp style workout that you can do practically anywhere with just your body weight and two 5lbs dumbbells just like we do in boot camp.

Remember to repeat the the New Orleans Boot Camp exercises #1-8 a total of 3 times with little or no rest.

If you are really up for a little more challenge you can finish off the workout with a 15 or 20 minute Jog followed by some light stretching.

Also,  you are going to want to make sure that your follow your workout with sound nutritional foods just like I talk about in my Boot Camp programs.
