Lucy Bustamante part 3, weight loss results with weights verses cardio in New Orleans.

Make sure pay close attention to this final episode.

Because, a lot of women tend to think that working out with weights will make them big and bulky like a man.

hughjackman_wolverine

WRONG!!

It’s very rare for a women to get Big Bulky muscles like a man when they lift weights because of the the genetic makeup of

a women’s body.

estrogen

Naturally women have a lower testosterone and higher Estrogen levels then men, thus limiting there ability to get big bulky muscles like men.

So, unless you are a women born with natural big bulky muscles

toobig

or you take Steriods to increase your testosterone levels, it will literally be impossible to

get manly sized muscles.

So women, rest assure that YOU have NOTHING to WORRY about with working out with weights.

Lucy Bustamante Talks about Weight loss goals in New Orleans

Here is Part 2 of the New Orleans Lucy Bustamante Video interview!

As you watch this you will see some common issues women deal with when getting in shape.

We all need motivation and Goals to keep us on track and preventing us from falling off the wagon.

Not only that, we should also have a plan on what we should do after a goal is reached.

I personally find myself  holding a image of a endless latter in my mind when it comes to goals.

endless latter for goals

I try to focus on short goals, each step leads to another goal.

Sooner or later you find yourself allot further then where you started.

I have no limit to the goals i can reach, just like the endless latter.

I just take one step at a time knowing that there is another to go to.
