		<description>I totally agree, I have had clients think that they were eating healthy because they were consuming large portions of salads, brown rice, oatmeal, and chicken. But the problem was that they were consuming more calories than what their body was burning. Just because you are eating clean food, you still need to make sure you are not over eating. Calories in vs. Calories out to promote healthy weight loss.</description>
