		<description>My aunt makes this spinach side dish that I LOVE. However it is loaded with cream and cheese. Dear God, give me strength. I wonder if it would be rude of me to ask her to not make it this year. Who knows? She might welcome the break. :)</description>

		<description>Biggest challenges are all the candies and cookies that are EVERYWHERE! Patients and other physicians leave us gifts in the office and we&#039;re just coming off having everyone&#039;s leftover Halloween candy in the office.  

Sometimes the only thing that works is reminding myself that I feel like I&#039;m in a crazy sugar-coma after I eat a bunch of candy.</description>
