		<description>Great blog and important reminder, since not eating properly (as Jonas advises with several small meals daily) starves the body, and nutrients will be taken from your bones.  Dancers, models, lactose intolerant people should particularly take note (or even people who travel a lot for their jobs) since eating right, or enough, is not a priority.  Then in their 40&#039;s -or earlier - people are finding out they have osteopenia or osteoporosis.  This is a major health concern, so thank Jonas for all that you do and for all of your advice.</description>
