Being a local youth instructor, I know that a lot of young girls look up to her. 
These interviews really show a  GREAT side of her personality that is not normally seen by the public.

		<description>Dead lifts are a great &lt;strong&gt;fat burning&lt;/strong&gt; exercise for women to do and that&#039;s why we do variations of them in my Boot Camps! Whenever you do exercises that involve moving the whole entire body, it really rev&#039;s up the &lt;strong&gt;Metabolism&lt;/strong&gt;!</description>

		<description>Thumbs up!  I lifted weights in college for Lacrosse at the University of Denver.  We did cleans and russian deadlifts and the like to improve our performance.  Most of the women on the team&#039;s main concern was bulking up, but not one of us bulked up like we feared in the beginning.  Instead we improved performance and speed.</description>
