WRONG!!
It’s very rare for a women to get Big Bulky muscles like a man when they lift weights because of the the genetic makeup of
a women’s body.

Naturally women have a lower testosterone and higher Estrogen levels then men, thus limiting there ability to get big bulky muscles like men.
So, unless you are a women born with natural big bulky muscles

or you take Steriods to increase your testosterone levels, it will literally be impossible to
get manly sized muscles.
So women, rest assure that YOU have NOTHING to WORRY about with working out with weights.

Thumbs up! I lifted weights in college for Lacrosse at the University of Denver. We did cleans and russian deadlifts and the like to improve our performance. Most of the women on the team’s main concern was bulking up, but not one of us bulked up like we feared in the beginning. Instead we improved performance and speed.
Dead lifts are a great fat burning exercise for women to do and that’s why we do variations of them in my Boot Camps! Whenever you do exercises that involve moving the whole entire body, it really rev’s up the Metabolism!
