We all need motivation and Goals to keep us on track and preventing us from falling off the wagon.
Not only that, we should also have a plan on what we should do after a goal is reached.
I personally find myself holding a image of a endless latter in my mind when it comes to goals.
I try to focus on short goals, each step leads to another goal.
Sooner or later you find yourself allot further then where you started.
I have no limit to the goals i can reach, just like the endless latter.
I just take one step at a time knowing that there is another to go to.

I couldn’t agree more with short goals. If you get too far ahead of yourself you can often be setting yourself up for failure.

I really liked what she said about having to address the emotional force that drives us regarding fitness. Many times a women will go through rejection or a break up and she immediately focuses on wanting to change the way she looks whether it be hair color or losing weight. The focus goes directly to the physical instead of dealing with the emotional aspect that is driving the need for change.
